Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at SC4 Recruitment Limited. As an International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer portfolio across the UK and worldwide, driving sales, and ensuring our brand continues to grow in the global market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and grow our brand's presence in the UK and international markets, focusing on expanding sales with existing retailers and distributors.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach key accounts, prioritizing growth opportunities and managing time efficiently to maximize results.
  • Customer Engagement: Strengthen relationships with retail partners to enhance visibility, promotions, and brand awareness.
  • Product Launches: Plan and execute product launches, driving new business and market expansion.
  • Retailer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, ensuring clear communication and addressing their needs.
  • Sales Performance: Analyze and report on sales performance, providing insights and making recommendations for growth.
  • Market Feedback: Leverage your market knowledge to offer pricing, margins, and product positioning feedback, ensuring our brand remains competitive worldwide.

Experience Required:

  • Proven success in an account management or sales role, ideally in the retail or sports industry.
  • Experience with event organization, product launches, and promotions.
  • A demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and international territories.
