About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Child and Families Community Liaison to join our team in Nottingham. The successful candidate will work with children, young people, and their families to provide support and guidance in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic programs to parents/carers in the community.
- Engage with children, young people, and their families to support positive changes.
- Maintain regular contact with clients through face-to-face and telephone interactions.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children and families in a home visiting role or delivering parenting programs.
- Ability to collaborate with professionals and foster carers to advocate for family needs.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and development to deliver high-quality services.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Benefits:
Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum
