Therapeutic Support Worker Job:

We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Support Worker to join our team in Nottinghamshire. As a key member of our mental health service, you will play a vital role in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people.

About the Role:

This role will involve working closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. You will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions, as well as contributing to the development of the mental health service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to children and young people
  • Contribute to the development of the mental health service
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant professional qualification in counselling or psychology
  • Experience of working with children and young people in a therapeutic setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: £26,500 - £28,500 per annum, pro rata for part-time workers

Location: Nottinghamshire
