Site Manager Role

A challenging opportunity has emerged for a skilled Site Manager to contribute to a significant residential development project in Maidstone, Kent. As Assistant Site Manager, you will oversee the construction process, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

This renowned Residential Developer operates throughout the Southern Home Counties, providing a stimulating work environment that fosters growth and success.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Programme management for the entire construction project
  2. Regular site meetings with site teams and subcontractors
  3. Progress updates to the Site Manager on a weekly basis
  4. Schedule adherence and milestone achievement
  5. Effective management of internal and external subcontractors
  6. Compliance with health and safety regulations, including site inspections
  7. Quality control measures to ensure compliance with NHBC standards
Necessary Qualifications
  • Approximately 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Residential Development
  • CITB certifications for the role (CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work)
  • Strategic thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate and supervise multiple subcontractor packages
  • Organisational and time management expertise
