About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Infrastructure Civil Engineer to join our team at ALDWYCH CONSULTING LTD. This is a senior position that requires strong leadership and technical skills to lead complex infrastructure projects in residential development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage expertise in civil engineering to develop and implement innovative infrastructure solutions for residential projects;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and meet client expectations;
  • Analyze and evaluate project requirements, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to drive project success;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to provide expert guidance and support.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience as a senior civil engineer in residential development, preferably with a focus on infrastructure;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects, teams, and stakeholders;
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with diverse groups.
