About the Role:

Fawkes & Reece South is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join their team. As a key member of the company, you will be responsible for managing projects and site teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of project/site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Production of monthly reports
  • Liaising with the Senior QS and Site QS
  • Ensuring the delivery of project/site health, safety, environment, and quality plans
  • Developing effective relationships with clients to maximise the perception and reputation of the business

Fawkes & Reece South is a leading National Civil Engineering Contractor with a strong presence in the UK. They specialise in Infrastructure, Marine Civil Engineering, Water & Wastewater, Energy Sector, and Buildings.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Marine Civil Engineering Projects
  • Familiarity with coastal and maritime projects, piling, and sea defence
  • Ability to navigate the region covering contracts from London to Surrey, East & West Sussex, and Kent
