The successful candidate will prepare detailed cost estimates, assist in tendering, negotiate contracts, and ensure contract terms are adhered to. They will conduct site visits to assess progress and prepare valuations, monitor project costs, and provide regular updates and reports.

Requirements:

  • Education in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Commercial Management.
  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the roofing industry.
  • Proficient in quantity surveying software and MS Office Suite.
  • In-depth understanding of roofing materials, construction methods, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
