About Us:
We are a leading construction firm specializing in residential projects, committed to delivering high-quality results. We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee mechanical installations and ensure compliance with safety standards.

  1. Developing and reviewing Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS).
  2. Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors on site.
  3. Developing project timelines and budgets.
  4. Reporting directly to senior management on project status.
Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in residential projects.
  2. Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or project management.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
  5. Proficiency in project management software.

Work Schedule:
The Mechanical Project Manager will work from the office 1-2 days a week, with the remaining time spent visiting various sites in London.
