Job Title: Senior Mechanical Project Coordinator

Job Type: Full-Time

We are a leading construction firm specializing in residential projects, committed to delivering high-quality results. We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

As a Mechanical Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing mechanical aspects of residential projects across various sites in London. Managing mechanical installations and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

* Developing and reviewing Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS).

* Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors on site.

* Developing project timelines and budgets.

* Reporting directly to senior management on project status.

A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Mechanical Project Coordinator in residential projects.

* Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or project management.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

* Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification.

* Proficiency in project management software.

The Mechanical Project Coordinator will work from the office 1-2 days a week, with the remaining time spent visiting various sites in London.
