We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor or Project Engineer to join our client's team in the water industry. As a key member of the team, you will oversee and manage mechanical engineering projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects to the highest standards.
  • Supervise and mentor site teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance processes.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction throughout project life-cycles.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to mitigate risks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, particularly within the water or utilities sector.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, with hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, particularly within the water industry.
  • Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
