About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Project Supervisor to join our team at BJF. As a key member of our construction biased business, you will play a crucial role in supporting the FM division as a mechanical project manager.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide leadership in identifying and specifying project opportunities and in delivering contractual commitments on secured projects.
  2. Ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of projects are exploited to deliver increased turnover and profitability.
  3. Deliver projects to completion on time and on budget and to the satisfaction of all parties, with expectations to be exceeded wherever possible.
  4. Identify, reduce and manage all risks (technical, statutory, health and safety, commercial or otherwise) associated with each and every project.
  5. Ensure compliance with project management policies and procedures.
  6. Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and company health and safety policy and process are effectively implemented and regularly reviewed on each and every project.
Requirements
  1. NICEIC qualification to supervise all electrical qualifications across the FM division.
  2. Hold an industry recognised H&S management qualification (IOSH or SMSTS).
  3. Previous FM experience on low value high volume projects.
