Role Overview:
We are a leading groundworks and civil engineering contractor based in Kent, looking for an experienced Cost Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in estimating costs for groundworks projects, ensuring we deliver high-quality services to our clients.

About Our Team:
We have over 25 years of experience in the industry and have established a reputation for delivering exceptional results. Our contract packages range from £2m to £15m, and we work primarily for major housing developers. We construct roads, sewers, groundworks, and associated infrastructure for new residential developments.

Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed cost estimates for groundworks projects, including residential developments, civil engineering, and infrastructure construction.
• Collaborate with our technical team to ensure accurate estimates and timely project delivery.
• Report directly to our Surveying Director and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Estimator in groundworks contractors, with a strong understanding of civil engineering principles.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
