Premier Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Children Registered Manager to oversee our youth residential program in Maidstone. About the Role:

The Children Registered Manager will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and promoting partnership working with young people, families, and external agencies. Key duties include:

  • Managing and developing quality services for young people, aligning with Premier Healthcare's procedures and strategies.
  • Fostering a culture of equality, diversity, and confidentiality in service delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate records, ensuring financial control, and participating in recruitment processes as needed.
  • Providing supervision, training, and appraisal for staff, supporting their professional development.
  • Overseeing staff resources, ensuring appropriate cover in emergencies, and participating in the on-call rota.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills, a proven track record of success within a care setting, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services. Additionally, they should have a Level 5 qualification in Residential Childcare or equivalent experience.

Salary & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including opportunities for career growth and professional development.
