Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Kent County Council as a Youth Justice Specialist. This is an area-based role covering the districts of Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Swanley, Tunbridge Wells, and Tonbridge & Malling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake assessments and complete reports for Court and panels.
  • Work directly with young people and their families with a diverse range of needs to complete interventions as part of their statutory programme.
  • Attend Youth Justice team meetings and multi-agency meetings for the purpose of prevention and risk management.

Requirements

This role requires a Full UK Driving Licence, although reasonable adjustments will be made for applicants with disabilities.
