O'Neill & Brennan is working with a leading Developer on an immediate requirement for a Senior / Quantity Surveyor to work on a 9 month contract.

The project is a £35m new build residential development in Kent, consisting of hundreds of units.

You will be site based full time with a commercial team and report directly into the Managing Quantity Surveyor.

Key duties include:

  1. Cost management
  2. Price variations
  3. Subcontractor accounts

A minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience and developer building experience are required.

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per year.
