Job Title: Clinical Leader - Paediatrics

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Leader to join our team at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses to achieve excellent clinical outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective leadership and support to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure the safe and effective delivery of care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve excellent clinical outcomes and improve patient experience.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Registered Children's Nurse with a post-basic qualification relevant to children's nursing.
  • Teaching and assessing qualification.
  • 1st degree or willingness to undertake same.
  • Recent experience at senior staff nurse level within children's nursing.
  • Evidence of clinical competence in a wide range of paediatric nursing skills.
