As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in transforming children and young people's mental health by delivering high-quality assessments, clinical interventions, and leading clinical governance and quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, timely, and accessible assessments, manage a clinical caseload, and provide brief clinical interventions.
- Contribute to high-quality service delivery, ensuring responsive and personalised care.
- Provide and receive clinical supervision, enhancing service quality.
- Engage in partnership building, quality improvement, and clinical governance.
- Work alongside our expert Team Leaders, Service Integration Managers, and Senior Clinical Leads.
