Job Title: Mental Health Practitioner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Hourglass. As a Mental Health Practitioner, you will work with young people, their families, and carers to provide high-quality service provision that promotes and improves mental health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake needs-led, evidence-based assessments and therapeutic interventions
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated packages of care
  • Provide high-level generic skills and competencies, with a focus on developing clinical expertise in ADHD
  • Contribute to the implementation of the safeguarding agenda within the service

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Nurse qualification
  • Experience working with young people and their families
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
