About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Community Mental Health Practitioner. As a key member of our community mental health team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of service users with a range of complex needs
  • Develop and deliver evidence-based interventions and treatments
  • Manage risks in the community and respond to crisis situations
  • Contribute to the learning and development of junior team members

Requirements

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist
  • Minimum of 18 months post-registered experience
  • Experience of risk management, care coordination, and managing a caseload of clients with mental health needs
