Northern Healthcare is a specialist provider of enhanced supported living services for individuals with mental health diagnoses, learning disabilities, or autism. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents with daily living tasks, such as cooking, appointments, medication, and money management.
- Encourage and support residents to re-learn skills and tackle new ones in a safe and supportive environment.
- Celebrate residents' progress and support them through difficult times.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support.
Training and Development:
- Complete a variety of training, including the Care Certificate, behavior support, and first aid.
