About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Recruitment Coordinator to join our award-winning Human Resources Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative and professional support to the HR function and wider business.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain an open-door policy, providing a positive lead by example approach and being the first point of contact for the Human Resources function.
- Develop a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures and assist with communicating them to all associates.
- Manage the HR and Recruitment mailbox, filtering all enquiries and resolving them within 24-48 hours with consistent and clear communication.
- Coordinate the publication of recruitment adverts and assist with the recruitment process.
- Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR reports and complete HR Metrics on a monthly basis.
- Assist with monthly reporting of absence and ensure all return-to-work documentation is completed.
- Coordinate timely reporting of probationary period review dates and administer successful completion of probationary period and extension letters.
- Support the HR Department with the distribution and follow-up of annual Company Corporate initiatives.
- Coordinate and administer staff taxi policy and associate benefits programme.
- Work in partnership with the HRBP to ensure accurate records of staff accommodation allocation and coordinate Welcome Packs and Hampers.
- Raise Purchase Orders and process invoices, ensuring all payments are made on time.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Quinyx system and provide support to associates.
- Prepare all contract packs and pre-employment checks for new associates.
- Ensure accurate and timely SAP system updates and conduct regular audits.
- Coordinate exit interviews and arrange induction dates for new hires.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual to join our team. You will be a competent HR Administrator or established HR Coordinator with experience working within a HR Team or Recruitment role.
Excellent IT experience in Microsoft packages, first-class communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are required. A proven track record in strong administration skills, with strong system and analytical skills, is essential.
We offer a competitive salary of £27,000-£28,000 gross per annum, hybrid working, and a range of associate benefits, including a company pension, free parking, and on-site gym access.
