About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our award-winning Human Resources Team. As an HR Coordinator, you will provide administrative and professional support to the team and wider business, ensuring that all HR processes are efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain an open-door policy, providing a positive and approachable service to all associates.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures, and assist with communicating these to all associates.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies and managing the HR mailbox.
  • Produce regular HR reports and complete HR metrics, providing ad-hoc reporting requirements as needed.
  • Assist the HR Department with absence reporting, probationary period reviews, and staff taxi policy administration.
  • Coordinate and administer staff benefits, including HOME Reward & Recognition Programme and associate benefits.
  • Work in partnership with the HRBP to ensure accurate records of staff accommodation allocation and coordinate welcome packs and hampers.
  • Raise purchase orders and process invoices, ensuring all payments are made on time and in line with company policy.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Quinyx system and provide support to associates as needed.
  • Prepare contract packs for new associates, including all necessary documentation and information.
  • Ensure accurate and timely SAP system updates, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy of compensation data.
  • Coordinate exit interviews and arrange induction dates for new associates.

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual to join our team. You will be a competent HR Administrator with excellent IT experience in Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. You will have first-class communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in strong administration skills and analytical skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000-£28,000 gross per annum, hybrid working (one day working from home), and a range of associate benefits, including company events, company pension, discounted or free food, employee discount, free parking, on-site gym, and sick pay.

Education and Experience

We require a minimum of 2 years' experience in HR, with a driving license and A-Level or equivalent qualification. You will be a strong team player with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
