Job Title: Human Resources Support Officer

We are seeking a skilled and organized Human Resources Support Officer to join our team at Major Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily HR functions within the company. This includes maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, administering payroll and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.

About the Role:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
  • Supporting recruitment processes, including shortlisting candidates and arranging interviews.
  • Administering payroll and benefits, including preparing and processing pay slips and benefit entitlements.
  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies, including health and safety procedures and data protection regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
