Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Michael Page (UK). This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with expertise in HR functions, strategic projects, and talent management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes, developing HR strategies aligning with the company's business goals, and supporting current and future business needs through talent management.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business growth and excellence
  • Talent Management: Manage employee relations issues, oversee recruitment and training & development, and ensure legal compliance throughout all HR management
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive company culture, promoting high morale and motivation among employees

Requirements
  • A degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Expertise in HR functions (recruitment, training & development)
  • Experience in strategic projects
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations

What We Offer
  • An estimated salary range of £80,000 - £85,000 per annum, with a competitive bonus structure
