Human Resources Business Partner

A leading UK professional services firm, Oakleaf Partnership, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their respected HR team based in Birmingham.
This role will provide nationwide HR support to multiple office locations and work closely with senior leaders to implement people-focused, high-impact HR solutions.
The successful candidate will have a CIPD qualification (or equivalent) and strong HR business partnering experience, with a solid background in employment law and employee relations.
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Lead on complex employee relations, change management, and performance issues, mitigating risk effectively.
- Develop reward and recognition policies, using market data to deliver competitive solutions.
- Project manage HR initiatives from planning to implementation, ensuring they align with strategic priorities.
- Support policy maintenance and advise managers on HR best practices and employment legislation.
