Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as a Business Partner. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in shaping our HR strategy and delivering business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic HR Planning:
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business objectives and workforce needs.
    • Design and implement HR strategies to support business goals, including talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement.
    • Provide insights into HR metrics and trends to support decision-making.
  2. Talent Management & Development:
    • Partner with managers to identify recruitment needs and ensure that the right people are in the right roles.
    • Drive initiatives for leadership development, succession planning, and career growth programs.
    • Oversee employee performance management processes, including setting performance goals and supporting reviews.
    • Identify training needs within departments and work with the HR team to support needs and implement programs.
    • Foster a continuous learning environment and encourage personal and professional growth opportunities.
  3. Employee Relations & Engagement:
    • Advise managers on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee concerns.
    • Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and communication strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with employment law, company policies, and industry standards.
    • Address any legal or compliance-related concerns within the workforce, including investigations, disciplinary, and grievance actions.
  4. Change Management:
    • Support organisational change efforts, including restructuring and new business integrations.
    • Guide leaders and employees through transitions, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption.
  5. Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition:
    • Help to identify workforce needs and ensure that the organisation is attracting top talent.
    • Analyse turnover data and identify trends to proactively address retention issues.
    • Develop programs for onboarding employees.
  6. Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Use HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs.
    • Report on HR metrics such as turnover, retention, employee satisfaction, and performance at monthly review meetings with key stakeholders.
    What We Offer:
    1. Salary:£60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

      • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse HR metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
