About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as a Business Partner. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in shaping our HR strategy and delivering business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic HR Planning:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business objectives and workforce needs.
- Design and implement HR strategies to support business goals, including talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement.
- Provide insights into HR metrics and trends to support decision-making.
- Talent Management & Development:
- Partner with managers to identify recruitment needs and ensure that the right people are in the right roles.
- Drive initiatives for leadership development, succession planning, and career growth programs.
- Oversee employee performance management processes, including setting performance goals and supporting reviews.
- Identify training needs within departments and work with the HR team to support needs and implement programs.
- Foster a continuous learning environment and encourage personal and professional growth opportunities.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Advise managers on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee concerns.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and communication strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment law, company policies, and industry standards.
- Address any legal or compliance-related concerns within the workforce, including investigations, disciplinary, and grievance actions.
- Change Management:
- Support organisational change efforts, including restructuring and new business integrations.
- Guide leaders and employees through transitions, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption.
- Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition:
- Help to identify workforce needs and ensure that the organisation is attracting top talent.
- Analyse turnover data and identify trends to proactively address retention issues.
- Develop programs for onboarding employees.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Use HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs.
- Report on HR metrics such as turnover, retention, employee satisfaction, and performance at monthly review meetings with key stakeholders.
- Salary:£60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
- Benefits:

- 3+ years of HR experience with a focus on business partnership or strategic HR functions, preferably in a similar industry.

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse HR metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
