**Job Summary:** SF Recruitment (Birmingham) Careers are hiring an Experienced HR Manager to lead the development of our human resources function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through effective HR practices.
**Key Responsibilities:*** Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our business objectives* Lead the HR team to deliver high-quality services to employees and managers* Provide expert advice on employment law, policy, and procedures* Manage employee relations, conflicts, and grievances* Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement organizational change initiatives* Analyze HR data to inform business decisions and optimize HR processes
**Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field* 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the Education sector* Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
