Job Overview
This SEN Teaching Assistant role is perfect for individuals who genuinely care about making a difference in the lives of students. As part of our client's supportive team, you will work alongside teachers to bring learning plans to life and provide 1:1 and small group support to students with special educational needs.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop engaging learning plans.
- Offer emotional and social support to students, helping them build confidence and resilience.
- Contribute to creating a warm and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements:
- A positive attitude and passion for supporting children with additional needs.

- Prior experience in SEN support is helpful but not essential.
