Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Maths and English tutors to join our team in Wellingborough and surrounding areas. As a tutor, you will work closely with children of all ages, providing personalized support to help them achieve their academic goals. You will need to have QTS, be a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, or have SEN/ SEMH experience. Key responsibilities include planning resources around the child's needs, developing their knowledge in core subjects, and building effective working relationships with children.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Essential skills and qualifications include QTS, being a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, or having SEN/ SEMH experience. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with children and families. A calm and patient demeanor is essential in this role, as you will be working with children who may have SEN/ SEMH needs or are looked after.
