About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering successful implementations of our Charles River Investment Management System (IMS) for clients across the EMEA region.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of IMS implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to best practices and client requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, workflows, and technical specifications.
  • Translate client requirements into detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Provide ongoing communication and status updates to clients and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
  • Manage a team of consultants and subject matter experts to ensure seamless execution of project deliverables.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
  • Provide post-implementation support and training to clients on the use and maintenance of IMS.

Your Qualifications

  • Proven experience in implementing investment management software solutions, preferably Charles River IMS.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, computer science, or a related field.
