Student Systems Implementation Consultant | Up to £80k | Remote
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team at Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing hands-on end-to-end implementation across various projects, delivering a compelling customer experience by achieving consulting implementation excellence.
About the Role
Role: Implementation Consultant (All levels)
Employment Type: Permanent
Location: Remote
Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 - negotiable

As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for analysing customer requirements, managing customer expectations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge about current trends and new technologies. You will also establish and maintain senior-level engagement with key customer stakeholders to identify opportunities for additional consulting services with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse customer requirements and manage customer expectations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about current trends and new technologies, driving innovation and developing ideas for discussion and implementation.
- Establish and maintain senior-level engagement with key customer stakeholders to identify opportunities for additional consulting services with existing customers.
- Collaborate with the New Projects team to provide input into the configuration and management of product and solution implementations.
- Contribute to revenue generation through utilisation and identification of further product and service opportunities.
- Proactively communicate any issues that may/will impact delivery on customer expectations.
Desirable Skills:
- A background in ERP systems, or other complex software products (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Infor, CIVICA or other)
