Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant to join our team at Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for providing hands-on end-to-end implementation across various projects, delivering a compelling customer experience by achieving consulting implementation excellence.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the student lifecycle and experience delivering end-to-end implementation projects to Universities in the UK. You will also have expertise with HESA Data Futures reporting requirements or Student finance (SLC) or Academic progression. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as well as a customer-centric approach and the ability to deliver a compelling customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse customer requirements and manage customer expectations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about current trends and new technologies, driving innovation and developing ideas for discussion and implementation.
  • Establish and maintain senior-level engagement with key customer stakeholders to identify opportunities for additional consulting services with existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the New Projects team to provide input into the configuration and management of product and solution implementations.
  • Contribute to revenue generation through utilisation and identification of further product and service opportunities.
  • Proactively communicate any issues that may/will impact delivery on customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the student lifecycle and experience delivering end-to-end implementation projects to Universities in the UK.
  • Expertise with HESA Data Futures reporting requirements or Student finance (SLC) or Academic progression.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000, negotiable, and a range of benefits including annual leave allowance, pension, and one-week additional leave via purchase. As an Implementation Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, engaging multiple customers at a given time, and providing off-the-shelf solutions. There are also opportunities for progression and exposure to other ERP systems in the long term.
