Senior Implementation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant, Implementation Services to join our team at Charles River Development. As a key member of our Implementation Services Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality implementation projects for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day implementation projects from a CRD perspective, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Interpret workflow analysis documents and convert them into specifications for CR IMS configuration, adhering to Best Practice delivery.
- Provide ongoing communication and evaluation of project status to clients and Charles River Project Managers.
- Act as a single point of contact for clients during the implementation project, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
- Execute daily project plan steps, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Lead clients in utilizing CRD products and services, providing expert guidance and support.
- Manage training and consulting resource requests, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor and assist with issue escalation processes, ensuring prompt resolution and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate work undertaken by CRD representatives in other locations, ensuring effective collaboration and project delivery.
- Extensive experience in implementing financial systems, with a strong understanding of Front Office workflows.
- Strong applications experience with Charles River Investment Management System or equivalent.
- Good investment management and market instrument knowledge, including Fixed Income/derivatives, Equity, Compliance, IBOR, PMA, Ex-Ante and Ex-Post Risk and Scenario Analysis.
- Fluency in a second European Language is highly desirable, with some technical knowledge, ideally SQL.
- Experience managing/coordinating projects and a demonstrable understanding of the project life-cycle.
