Job Title: Senior Implementation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Consultant to join our IRIS Networx Professional Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-class software solutions and collaborating with customers and internal teams to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executing implementation of system tests to ensure functionality, configuration, and data comply with specifications and standards
  • Training customers on IRIS software solutions remotely via Microsoft Teams to ensure our customers get the most out of our solutions
  • Carrying out chargeable work to achieve company targets
  • Ensuring communication is clear and concise to Project Managers, Consultants, Service Desk and customers
  • Efficiently delivering implementations on scheduled timescales to customers and ensuring we meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Producing solutions for complex customer problems with the software and deliver training on operating the system and advising on best practices
Requirements:
  • At least 3+ Years of proven experience in delivering Recruitment/HR/Payroll software integrations, demonstrating hands-on expertise in this field
  • Experience in developing tailored training materials based on customer needs
  • Proven experience in training new joiners, with a track record of onboarding and mentoring staff
  • Ability to learn new systems, with an interest in technology
