About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Officer to join our Corporate Banking Department at IPOE Consulting. As a Business Support Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting our departmental teams in operational and administrative matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Planning and Reporting

Assist in the preparation of business plans, internal reports, and administrative communications to support the growth and development of our corporate banking business.

Transaction Banking Analysis

Prepare regular reports on transaction banking activities, including transaction volumes, revenues, and client feedback, to provide insights and support business decisions.

Performance Monitoring

Collate monthly, quarterly, and annual performance monitoring statistics and ensure that our Relationship Managers provide timely updates to support business objectives.

Business Data Analysis

Collect and analyze departmental business data to provide actionable insights and support business growth.

Collaboration and Compliance

Work closely with other business support functions, risk management, and compliance teams to maintain a cohesive and efficient working environment and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures.

Workload Management

Manage a demanding and reactive workload in a responsive manner to assist the department in meeting key objectives and external regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • Language Skills

Fluency in Mandarin is essential for this role.

Industry Experience

Professional experience in a corporate banking, Fintech, or corporate treasury related industry is preferred.

Analytical Skills

An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights is required.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Teamwork and Time Management

A team player with strong organizational and time management skills is required.

Diligence and Productivity

Diligence (attention to detail) and high productivity are essential for this role.

Adaptability and Digital Skills

An ability to learn, adapt quickly, and work under pressure, as well as to work digitally and efficiently, is required.

Transaction Banking Knowledge

Knowledge of transaction banking products and related services is essential for this role.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools is required.
