Corporate Banking Officer

IPOE Consulting, a leading management consulting firm, is seeking a highly skilled Business Support Officer to join their Corporate Banking Department.
- Support departmental teams in operational and administrative matters, including onboarding of target clients, regulatory and internal reporting requirements, market research, data analysis, and more.
- Assist in the development and promotion of the corporate banking business, covering digital channels, account management, payments and collections, liquidity management, deposits, and FX-related business.
- Prepare regular reports on transaction banking activities, including transaction volumes, revenues, and client feedback.
- Collate monthly, quarterly, and annual performance monitoring statistics and ensure timely updates from Relationship Managers.
- Collect and analyze departmental business data to provide valuable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with other business support functions, risk management, and compliance teams to maintain a cohesive and efficient working environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures applicable to the conduct of the business.
- Manage a demanding workload in a responsive manner to assist the department in meeting key objectives and external regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin is essential.
- Professional experience in corporate banking, Fintech, or corporate treasury related industries is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Knowledge of transaction banking products and related services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
