Job Description

IPOE Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Business Support Officer to join our Corporate Banking Department. As a Business Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our departmental teams in operational and administrative matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support departmental teams in onboarding target clients, including KYC and systems, regulatory and internal reporting requirements, market research, data analysis, and more.
  • Assist in the development and promotion of the corporate banking business, including digital channels, account management, payments and collections, liquidity management, deposits, and FX-related business.
  • Prepare regular reports on transaction banking activities, including transaction volumes, revenues, and client feedback.
  • Collate monthly, quarterly, and annual performance monitoring statistics and ensure RMs provide timely updates.
  • Collect departmental business data and regular analysis to provide insights.
  • Work closely with other business support functions, risk management, and compliance teams to maintain a cohesive and efficient working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures applicable to the conduct of the business.
  • Manage a demanding and reactive workload in a responsive manner to assist the department in meeting key objectives and external regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Mandarin - Essential
  • Professional experience in a corporate banking, Fintech, or corporate treasury-related industry preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of transaction banking products and related services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
