Our Team

Global Banking and Advisory (GLBA) is a recognized wholesale coverage with world-class product, financing, and advisory expertise within one team. Our platform is worldwide, with expert teams across France and Europe, the CEEMEA region, the Americas, and Asia, leveraging local client and regulatory insight within a global GLBA business framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in origination and execution of corporate finance deals across the power, utilities, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Conduct company and industry research, accumulating strong sector knowledge and staying up-to-date on M&A, equity, and debt-related topics.
  • Perform market screening, including identification of potential acquisition, disposal targets, or JVs.
  • Develop financial models and valuations.
  • Prepare client and investor presentations.
  • Help develop transaction structures and assist in deal analysis.
  • Coordinate with other teams efficiently.
  • Supervise and train interns.
  • Respond to client inquiries and prepare supporting analyses.
