About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our Sales team in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through upselling our products and solutions, as well as maintaining existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and update sales databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  2. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  3. Review and create internal reports on clients to inform sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
  4. Respond to and process enquiries from clients in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Create summaries of calls and meetings to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
  6. Schedule and set up client calls to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need 5 years of experience in a similar sales or client-facing role. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Fluency in English and German is required, with German language proficiency being an asset.
