Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Banking Officer - Business Support to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing business support to our corporate banking department, including operational and administrative tasks, market research, data analysis, and report preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support departmental teams in operational and administrative matters relating to the onboarding of target clients, including KYC and systems, regulatory and internal reporting requirements, market research, data analysis, etc.
  • Assist in the development and promotion of the corporate banking business, which may include digital channels, account management, payments and collections, liquidity management, deposits, FX related business.
  • Prepare regular reports on transaction banking activities, including transaction volumes, revenues, and client feedback.
  • Collate monthly, quarterly, and annual performance monitoring statistics and ensure RMs provide timely updates.
  • Collect departmental business data and regular analysis to provide insights.
  • Work closely with other business support functions, risk management, and compliance teams to maintain a cohesive and efficient working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures applicable to the conduct of the business in which the Jobholder is involved.
  • Manage a demanding and reactive workload in a responsive manner to assist the department in meeting key objectives and external regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Mandarin - Essential
  • Professional experience in a corporate banking, Fintech, corporate treasury related industry preferred
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Knowledge of transaction banking products and related services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
