We are seeking a highly skilled Associate to join our Power, Utilities and Infrastructure Corporate Finance team in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting in the origination and execution of corporate finance deals across the power, utilities, and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the origination and execution of corporate finance deals, including company and industry research, market screening, and financial modeling.
- Develop strong sector knowledge and stay up-to-date on M&A, equity, and debt-related topics in the industry.
- Prepare client and investor presentations, and assist in deal analysis and transaction structuring.
- Coordinate with other teams and supervise interns, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
- Respond to client enquiries and prepare supporting analyses.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding, with sound accounting knowledge and solid understanding of valuation methodologies.
- Advanced financial modeling skills, with accuracy and reliability in work production and rigorous attention to detail.
- Efficient and resourceful in data mining and information research, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
