We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Care Navigator to join our team at UWE Frenchay Health Centre. As a key member of our reception team, you will be the first point of contact for our students and patients, providing support and guidance on choosing the right service at the right time.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and monitor the practice appointment system, ensuring efficient and effective management of patient bookings.
- Process personal, telephone, and e-requests for appointments, prioritizing urgent cases and directing patients to the correct services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, remaining calm and professional in challenging situations, and ensuring accurate information and messages are passed to the clinical team.
- Support clinical staff with general tasks, maintaining a clean and organized reception area, and assisting with other duties as required.
- GCSE level or equivalent education.
- Previous experience of working with people, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Desirable: experience in Primary Care.
