Customer Experience Director

This role at Bespak Careers offers a unique opportunity to lead the customer relationships team, fostering a strong culture of customer focus and ensuring both company and customer needs are met. The position is based in either Kings Lynn or Holmes Chapel, with flexibility to be based within a commutable distance of either location. Salary Range: £80k - £85k plus discretionary annual bonus.
The successful candidate will manage key customer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and guaranteeing exceptional service delivery. This hybrid role offers flexible working hours between 8am and 5pm, with a 30-minute lunch break and 2 days working from home per week. Occasionally, increased office presence may be required to meet business needs.
