Customer Experience Lead

**Role Overview:**
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Experience Lead at Activate Group Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and retaining customers, while ensuring optimal customer experience and delivery against performance metrics.
You will work closely with our group functions to ensure delivery of customer contractual commitments and adapt operation in line with customer growth, change, and feedback. Your primary focus will be on leading a team to achieve business objectives, while continuously improving processes and solutions.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team to build and retain customers, ensuring optimal customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with group functions to ensure delivery of customer contractual commitments.
- Identify areas for improvement through audit, customer challenge, and feedback.
- Develop targeted improvement plans to enhance solutions and customer experience.
- Responsible for ensuring all team members meet required standards and have relevant knowledge of regulatory and customer requirements.
**Benefits:**
- Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
- 33 days holiday (including bank holidays).
