Purchase Ledger Coordinator Role

Cobb & Jones Recruitment is recruiting a Purchase Ledger Coordinator to manage the purchase ledger function. This is a part-time role based in Tower Bridge, working 22.5 hours per week, preferably 3 full days (Monday to Wednesday) with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.

About the Job:

  • This role involves managing the purchase ledger, processing supplier invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records
  • You will also be responsible for preparing VAT Returns, managing bank accounts, and reconciling statements
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable or general accounting and excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

What You Will Do:

  1. Raise purchase orders and process supplier invoices
  2. Manage bank accounts and reconcile statements
  3. Prepare VAT Returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations
  4. Process customer invoices and chase payments
  5. Maintain accurate financial records and reports
