Accounts Payable Coordinator

Cobb & Jones Recruitment is recruiting a Purchase Ledger Coordinator to manage the purchase ledger function. This is a part-time role based in Tower Bridge, working 22.5 hours per week, preferably 3 full days (Monday to Wednesday) with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.
About the Job:
- This role involves managing the purchase ledger, processing supplier invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records
- You will also be responsible for preparing VAT Returns, managing bank accounts, and reconciling statements
- The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable or general accounting and excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
What You Will Do:
- Raise purchase orders and process supplier invoices
- Manage bank accounts and reconcile statements
- Prepare VAT Returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Process customer invoices and chase payments
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
