Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator

Moonbug Entertainment, a global leader in kids' entertainment, is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator to join its London team. As a key member of the Finance department, you will be responsible for managing key stakeholder relationships, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring timely deliveries to major platforms worldwide.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator to join Moonbug's expanding team. As a critical member of the Finance team, you will work closely with the Studios department to manage end-to-end Accounts Payable, provide issue resolution and training, and ensure compliance with Moonbug's Vendor onboarding policy.
- Ownership of End to End Accounts Payable for Studios, supporting the Studios team with issue resolution and training, providing timely escalations and updates to the AP Manager.
- Setting up Vendors in SmartAccounting in accordance with Moonbug's Vendor onboarding policy.
- Reviewing and approving Staff Expense and Corporate Card Claims in Concur.
- Reviewing the Bank Reconciliation modules on a weekly basis to check that all AP entries are posted and reconciled.
- Reconciling supplier statements to ensure accurate financial records.
- Ad hoc duties to support the transactional team.
- Problem solving and proactive attitude, with the ability to identify solutions that comply with policies and controls.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as working as part of a high performing Finance team.
- Experience setting up Domestic and International payments is valued.
