Job Title: Acute OT Team Lead and Service Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead our acute OT team and contribute to the development and enhancement of our services. Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing clinical supervision and mentorship to junior OTs, therapy assistants, and students
  • Conducting case discussions, team meetings, and training sessions to promote knowledge-sharing and best practices within the OT team
  • Contributing to clinical audits, research, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure high standards of care and continuous improvement

Requirements:
The successful candidate will hold a degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy, with full HCPC registration in the UK. A minimum of 3 years of experience (for Band 6) or 5+ years (for Band 7) in an acute care or rehabilitation setting is required, with exposure to complex case management. Specialization in areas such as neurological rehabilitation, cognitive therapy, or hand therapy is desirable.
