Therapeutic Services Specialist

Job Overview:
IMC Locums is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to fill a Band 6 role in an acute inpatient setting in Wiltshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate OT to make a positive impact on patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities.
- Develop individualized care plans, focusing on patient-centered goals and outcomes.
- Liaise with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in discharge planning and provide recommendations for post-discharge care.
Essential Qualifications:
- Current HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Previous experience working in an acute inpatient setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Compensation Package:
The estimated annual salary for this role is £41,000-£46,000, depending on experience. You will also receive access to ongoing professional development and training, as well as a supportive working environment with a dedicated consultant.
