About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Care Coordinator in a specialist inpatient service for Adults with Eating Disorders.

As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based individual and group interventions, diagnostic and cognitive assessments, multidisciplinary team working and risk assessments. You will also facilitate staff reflective practice sessions and design and deliver training to the multidisciplinary team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of the therapeutic programme and psychology pathway with the service.

You will have experience and knowledge in carrying a therapy caseload, including assessing complex needs and designing and delivering specialist psychological treatments to support individualised patient care plans.

The ideal candidate will have a Doctoral level training in clinical or counselling psychology and registration with the HCPC as a practitioner psychologist. Experience working with individuals with eating disorders and their families is desirable but not essential.

**Salary:** Up to £55,000 per annum

**Location:** A new 12 bed specialist inpatient unit for young adults aged 18-25 in Sussex
