Help Desk Operations Manager

As an Help Desk Operations Manager at Prospero Integrated, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our help desk function. This involves overseeing the deployment and management of company IT hardware and software, as well as troubleshooting AV software and hardware.
You will work closely with our customers and site contacts to provide exceptional customer service and support. Your strong organisational skills and ability to multitask and work under pressure will enable you to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet tight deadlines.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including opportunities for career development and professional growth.

About the Role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and tasks, including the preparation of Audio Visual hardware and accessories, RMA management, reporting, and maintaining a clean and tidy service department.
You will also be responsible for acting on H&S issues and working with Microsoft-powered devices and partner equipment, managing updates during the pre-staging process. Additionally, you will maintain a good and up-to-date working knowledge of the latest technologies.
